Q) Do I have to pay for my salon appointment upfront with bookacut?

A) No, if you book online through us you settle the bill in the salon, there's nothing to pay upfront.

Q) How is my online booking confirmed?

A) You will receive a TEXT to your mobile phone confirming your booking details, a copy of this will also be sent to the email address you register with us. If there is a problem with the booking you will receive a phone call direct from the salon to reappoint.

Q) Can I review the salon experience?

A) Yes, in fact we would love you to do this as it enables future customers to make informed choices whilst providing valuable feedback for the salons themselves about how well they're doing.

Q) What happens if I forget my login details?

A) Just try and login as normal and click on the "forgot your login details" text. We'll then mail your login details to your registered email address, standard stuff.

Q) How does the weekly group buying offer work?

A) We negotiate with the salons to provide a heavily discounted offer based upon volume, so for example a hair service that should be £50 becomes £10 but in order for this deal to become live, a certain number will need to be sold. People spread the word about the deal through social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter or by email.
